RAD Consultants LLC uses submitted contact, property and project details to respond to your inquiry, coordinate consultations and manage agreed work. Subcontractor details and certificates are used to review qualifications and coordinate assignments.
Private workspace and files
Authorized team members receive information needed for their roles. Financial data, insurance documents and contractor rates are restricted. Inquiry submissions do not opt you into marketing.
Client portal
Invited clients can view their own requests, shared project plans, estimates, consultations, messages and documents. RAD uses this information to coordinate the client’s work. Messages and uploaded files are available only to the linked customer and authorized RAD staff; private financial, personnel and insurance information is not exposed in the client portal. We do not send portal content to external AI services. Contact RAD to correct your details or review access.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Analytics measures public page visits; the application does not send form fields, names, email addresses, project details or private dashboard pages as analytics events. Advertising features are disabled. You can change your analytics choice using the website’s “Analytics choices” control.
Cookies and retention
Essential session cookies support invited client and team sign-in. Your analytics choice is stored locally. Business records are retained for project administration and legitimate business recordkeeping. Archived records are not automatically erased.
Requests and corrections
Use the contact page to request access, corrections or deletion. The owner reviews requests and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This operational notice should be reviewed before collecting live customer information.
